How to Request a Price Match

- Provide the following information:

- Screenshot of the lower price
- Your order number (if already purchased)
Eligibility Requirements
Qualified Retailers
- Must be an authorized retailer of the product
- Must be an authorized retailer in the United States
- Must have the item in stock and available for immediate purchase
- Must be selling new, identical items (same model number, color, size)
Timing
- Price match requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
- Prices will be matched only for currently available offers
- Seasonal and limited-time offers may be excluded
Product Requirements
- Items must be identical (same model, size, color)
- Products must be in stock at both our store and the competitor's
- Items must be sold and shipped by the competing retailer
Exclusions
- Clearance, closeout, or liquidation sales
- Flash sales or lightning deals
- Promotional codes or bundle offers
- Pricing errors
- Items requiring membership (e.g., wholesale clubs)
- Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals
- Open-box or refurbished items
- Marketplace sellers on third-party platforms
Post-Purchase Price Protection
If you find a lower price within 14 days after your purchase, we'll refund the difference following the same eligibility requirements listed above.
Process and Verification
- Our team will verify the competitor's price and eligibility
- Approval/denial will be communicated within one business day
- Approved price matches will be adjusted before purchase or refunded to your original payment method
Limitations
- Limit one price match per identical item
