Order Issues
Incorrect Items

- Include your order number and details of the incorrect item(s)
- Send photos of the item received and packing slip/invoice
- Email incorrect item claims to: sales@electricgolfcartsusa.com
- Claim Processing:
- Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days
- You will receive confirmation email with next steps
- If claim is verified, we will:
- Ship the correct item at no additional cost
- Provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
- You will not be charged for return shipping or any additional fees as this was our error
Damaged Orders
- Note any package damage when signing for delivery
- Submit damage claims within 24 hours
- Include photos of:
- Damaged packaging
- Damaged product
- Product SKU/serial number

- Claim Processing:
- Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days
- You will receive confirmation email with next steps
- If claim is approved, we will arrange either:
- Free replacement shipment of damaged items
- Full refund including original shipping costs
- You may be asked to return damaged items (shipping paid by us)
Missing Items
- If any items are missing from your order:

- Send photos of the packing slip/invoice showing ordered items

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placement.
3% credit card processing fee is non-refundable for cancelled orders.
Orders in process after 24 hours cannot be cancelled.
