  • Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground depending on delivery location
  • Products ship directly from our network of U.S.-based warehouses, operated by our logistics partners in Florida, Texas, New York, and other locations.

  • Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times

Tracking & Notifications

  • Confirmation email sent immediately after order placement
  • Tracking number provided via email once order ships
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate

  • Handling Time: 2-3 business days

Order Issues

Incorrect Items

  • If you receive the wrong item:
    • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package
    • Include your order number and details of the incorrect item(s)
    • Send photos of the item received and packing slip/invoice
  • Email incorrect item claims to: sales@electricgolfcartsusa.com
  • Claim Processing:
    • Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days
    • You will receive confirmation email with next steps
    • If claim is verified, we will:
      • Ship the correct item at no additional cost
      • Provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
    • You will not be charged for return shipping or any additional fees as this was our error

Damaged Orders

  • Note any package damage when signing for delivery
  • Submit damage claims within 24 hours
  • Include photos of:
    • Damaged packaging
    • Damaged product
    • Product SKU/serial number
  • Send claim details to: sales@electricgolfcartsusa.com
  • Claim Processing:
    • Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days
    • You will receive confirmation email with next steps
    • If claim is approved, we will arrange either:
      • Free replacement shipment of damaged items
      • Full refund including original shipping costs
    • You may be asked to return damaged items (shipping paid by us)

Missing Items

  • If any items are missing from your order:
    • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package
    • Include your order number and details of the missing item(s)
    • Send photos of the packing slip/invoice showing ordered items
  • Email missing item claims to: sales@electricgolfcartsusa.com
  • Claim Processing:
    • Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days
    • You will receive confirmation email with next steps
    • If claim is verified, we will arrange either:
      • Free shipment of the missing items
      • Partial refund for undelivered merchandise

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placement.
Contact customer service immediately at sales@electricgolfcartsusa.com to request cancellation
3% credit card processing fee is non-refundable for cancelled orders.
Orders in process after 24 hours cannot be cancelled.
