Refund policy
Product Quality Statement
All electric golf caddies, batteries, and accessories sold through our store are brand new products in their original packaging, unless specifically marked as "Open Box" or "Refurbished" in the product listing.
Return Period
- You have 30 days from delivery date to initiate a return
- Return requests must be made within this 30-day period by contacting customer service
- Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return authorization
- We do not exchange products unless it has a manufacturing defect.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following criteria:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and uninstalled
- All original tags and labels attached
- In original packaging with all components included
- Include receipt or proof of purchase
- Security seals intact
- No modifications or alterations
How to Request a Return
- Email sales@electricgolfcartsusa.com with your order number in the subject line
- Include photos of the item in its current condition
- Our customer service team will provide you with:
- Return authorization and RMA number
- Return form and return shipping label
- Specific return shipping address based on product brand
- Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted
Return Shipping Process
- Pack item securely:
- Use original packaging
- Include all components, accessories, manuals, and free gifts
- Ensure item is properly protected to prevent damage during transit
- Prepare documentation:
- Complete the return form provided by customer service
- Include any necessary supporting documents or images
- Label the package:
- Write RMA number clearly on the outside of package
- Create your own return shipping label with the address provided by customer service
- Affix the label securely to the outside of the package
- Ship the package:
- Ship to the specific return address provided by customer service
- Use trackable shipping method (shipping insurance recommended)
- Keep your tracking number for reference
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and creating their own return shipping label
Refund Process
- Returns are inspected upon receipt
- You'll receive email confirmation when your return is received
- Allow 7 business days for return processing
- Refund will be issued to original payment method
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all refunds of non-defective items
- No restocking or return fees apply if the return is due to our error
- 3% credit card processing fee is non-refundable
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds may take one billing cycle to appear on your statement
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders
- Items with removed security seals
- Used or installed products
- Products missing original packaging/components
- Sale items (marked as FINAL SALE)
- Batteries that have been installed, used, or discharged
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct product exchanges
- If you wish to receive a different item, you must complete a standard return process and place a new order for the desired product
- Standard return policies, restocking fees, and shipping costs will apply
Factory Defects
If you receive an item with a factory defect, you have the right to claim one of the following remedies:
- Replacement with a non-defective item
- Repair of the defect
- Price reduction
For factory defects:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item
- Include photos of the defect
- Restocking fee is waived for confirmed factory defects
- Return shipping address will be provided based on the product brand
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placement
- Contact customer service immediately at sales@electricgolfcartsusa.com to request cancellation
- 3% credit card processing fee is non-refundable for cancelled orders
- Orders in process after 24 hours cannot be cancelled

Chargeback Policy
While we are committed to resolving any issues through direct communication, please be advised that we actively defend against fraudulent chargebacks and will take legal action when necessary.
